As mental health professionals, we are committed to creating a space where you feel
safe to be yourself, without judgment, without pressure.
Our work is not just about techniques or frameworks, but about building a genuine
human connection that supports your journey toward clarity and growth.
Sirisha Gogisetty RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist | 3+ Years of Experience
Sirisha works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioural,
developmental, and psychological concerns such as stress, anxiety, adjustment difficulties,
and learning-related challenges.
Her approach begins with listening and understanding the individual within their personal,
family, and social context, rather than focusing only on symptoms. She believes that
meaningful change comes from feeling truly heard and supported.
Therapy with her is collaborative and evidence-based, guided by empathy, safety, and
respect. She aims to create a space where individuals can understand their thoughts and
emotions with kindness, stay connected to themselves through challenges, and move
forward with greater awareness and balance.
Gowthami S Apparasu RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist | 3+ Years of Experience
Gowthami works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional and
psychological challenges such as anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, personality-related
difficulties, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Her approach is integrative and culturally
sensitive, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Interpersonal Therapy (IPT),
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
She focuses on understanding not just symptoms, but the person and their experiences as a
whole. Therapy with her is collaborative, structured, and paced according to individual
needs, creating a safe and non-judgmental space to explore, build resilience, and strengthen
everyday functioning.
She believes that mental health care should be as essential and accessible as physical health,
and that healing begins when people feel supported, understood, and free from barriers.
